CARIN PARK WALK ON

REQUIREMENTS

For breeding times at Carin Park, please contact the Stud prior as the day may already be fully booked.
Please be aware the following requirements will be strictly adhered to for all walk on mares at this stud.

1. A signed and fully completed Stallion Service Agreement must be received prior to the first cover.
2. A Document of Description must be presented or a faxed/posted copy to the office prior to the first mating.
3. A clean clitoral/uterine swab 45 hours prior to the first cover which is negative to Pseudomonas and Klebsiella.  These must be faxed to the office prior to the first cover.  NO preliminary results will be accepted.
4. Please notify the Stud if there is going to be a possibility of lateness.  This may disrupt other servings and disadvantage another mare.
5. The stud must be notified of both early and 45 day scan results
6. If the mare is empty at the end of the breeding season (24th December) a barren certificate is required. Otherwise the mare is presumed in foal and the mare owner will be invoiced accordingly.
7. All visiting mares & foals should be free from contact with Strangles; and  Any Rotavirus/Scours or any other ongoing ailments that mares/foals have should be brought to our attention prior to them visiting.
